now i think its the time to reflect of my research and now write about how my idea how developed and explain my current plan.
the idea behind this FMP is to create beauty shots but with a twist wich is using different things as make up adding a new point of focus. these are things such as cake toppings and craft itams. the point of the shoots are not to make these things stand out and be the main point of focus but that you can use different things and in some images the alternative makeup may stand out more than others. the theme is alternative beauty but i dont want it to be too in your face. i am a little affraid that the images may look a little too much or too harsh, i am going to try and keep a soft and feminin feel to the images and also keep them subtile and elegent.
the the girls i am using i have used before. i am doing this because i know that they will be comfortable with me and i know that they have worked well with me before in the past so i am confdent that they will take my direction well and listen to what i want from them.
i dont need any outfits of costumes for my models as i want to give a nude look and as i am only going to be shooting from the shoulders up i can ask my models to remove the straps of the top they are already wearing. ofcourse i will tell my models that this will be the look and ask them to prehaps wear a vest or strapless top.
i dont want all my models hair to be the same so i am going to keep hair simple and maby give it a slightly messy look. i dont want to over complicate my images with bows and ribbons so i will just have the hair up with a little hair down or pinned back. out of the face is what i think is really important.
when it comes to editing i want to keep it simple. i will probably start by playing with the presets and see were i go from there. ofcourse i will also be adding my own editing to the images but i find that playing with the presets can give me ideas that i would not of had if i had not see the image in the preset.
i dont want my images to all look the same so i am going to edit them differently depending on the model and the style of make up i have done. i dont need them to all look them same as each other. i want to add some versatility to my work and i am happy to present all of these images looking different to each other.
